So we cancelled our business internet from Bell over a year ago.  A couple of months ago we suddenly start getting bills again for internet service we don't actually have and they can't figure it out.   What a company.

They probably hope someone will just automatically pay it. I had similar with our data centre. During the latter part of the construction phase we had 10 copper phone lines put in for voice communications until we had our VOIP system up and running. We cancelled 8 of them leaving 2. One for emergency if the VOIP failed and one for the fire system. It was probably about a year later that we started getting phone bills for the cancelled lines and almost a year after that calls from a collection agency.

We ordered fibre to be run in. A guy shows up from Bell to terminate the fibre. It wasn't run into the building yet. Did nobody tell you the fibre hadn't been run yet.... No. A week later another guy shows up to test the circuits that the guy was supposed to terminate a week earlier. Did nobody tell you the fibre still isn't in the building and that the guy couldn't terminate it a week ago..... No.

It's amazing they are still in business.
