  1. His dark side is very, very dark and very, very dangerous for this country," said NABTU President Sean McGarvey

I think thats a really good quote.  he's personality was amusing during his first run and even during most of his presidency but when he lost his mind then spent 4 years sabotaging everyone out of pettiness and vindictiveness its no longer so.   i voted for him in 20 as he was the better choice than Joe,   now I can't really say that but i certainly can't vote for the walking corpse either.  i'll sit out for the first time since i turned 18

Citizens are actually enthused about voting for Biden or Trump. Fucking delusional losers.

low IQ fucktards on both sides.  its the only way anyone can be excited to vote for either of those pieces of shit.  hopefully God will do us all a favor and take them and Kamala before the election

Maybe not today @7% but down the road when the rate drops back to 3% it will. The tax advantages are great too.

we will not see 3 without a wholesale crumbling of the economy.   7 is IMO the new normal,  if we get under 6 people should run and grab those rates because its not going to be like it was from 2010-2022 again.  Like anytime in history those who have gathered cash can do well when the economy drops but most of these kids today are not going to do that because the cost of everything is too high.

Drive up coffees every day. 3.50 x 5 = 1000.00 a year not to mention the gas $ wasted in line. Make coffee at home.

Buy a multi family and live in it for a few years.

good luck finding one the cash flow works with.

totally different world than when you and i started out.   Your gen and mine destroyed a lot of opportunity for this kids by making them think they are special and playing into their mental issues rather than forcing them to grow up and make hard decisions for the long term good of themselves and society.  We have an education system more concerned with wokeness than teaching life skills from k-college.   we have a Xennial generation who thinks that they should have it all working when they want not putting the time and effot in and busting their ass.   instead of complaining about not being able to make it on what they are making our generations would have gone and worked a second job  or put in OT.  kids today who have any work ethic stand miles above because most do not.  Instead they look to the government for their salvation.

what's wrong with a 'starter home' these days?  that's what I bought in 1996 for $51k.  gutted it, remodeled it while I lived in it and eventually turned it into a rental.  was it in the nicest neighborhood or a highly desirable neighborhood?  was I 'proud' of my home?  did any of that matter to me personally?  fuck no!  sold it a couple years ago and between rent collected and appreciation did pretty well.

imo we live in a 'want' driven society... everyone wants, few want to earn it the hard way.

for 500k thats pretty much waht you get in southeastern NH.  60's 3 bed 1200 sf ranch would run 6-700k in my town depending on reno done to it over time.

    Bidenomics.

all sorts of things causing this.   We have no land where people want to live/where their are good jobs and no ones willing to sell because there is nothing to buy.  I want to downsize from my 3900 sf house to something around 2k.  I could get $1m or so on the sale but to buy something new would cost me minimum of 800kk.  they are building a small pocket neighborhood down the street from me,  1.35m for a 2000 sf modern cape.  I sold an unpermitted lot last year for $285k 20 min off the coast.  on the coast i'd have to pay 500 for one.

That a lot of bullshit.....everyone knows this is just political interference.     Clear as day.    I'd like to see that poll...... Is it from one of those liberal colleges ? 🤣

the only legit trial right now  is the one regarding the records.  the rest is political fodder.   the NYC financials one is beyond corrupt.

Carrol defimation suit was a clear case lgitimate suit though.  guy needs to learn to keep his mouth shut sometimes.

  8. Funny that the only legit trial they actually have to move forward on regarding classified docs gets pushed to the background for this political fodder in NYC for the low iq retards of both sides to salivate over.

spot on.  anyone who keeps spouting GOAT about that POS should do the world a favor and eat a bullet.   but only after they plug on in Biden and Trump because the world would be better off without all of them.

“Right now, I want to see checks — for more money than they’re talking about — going to people,” Trump told Fox News on Sunday. “I’m pushing it very hard, and to be honest with you, if the Democrats really wanted to do the deal, they’d do the deal.”

    :snack:

stop the current situation has nothing to do with Trumps actions.  it's all about what Biden did according to highly educated economic minds like the OP

Trump not accepting the fact there was a worldwide pandemic for 6 months. Then denying it existed, creating conspiracy theories, insulting his own world leading infectious experts delayed the recovery. Not to forget the hundreds of thousands of Americans whose lives were lost due to his incompetence.

Trump through his incompetence allowed corporate America to profit through pure greed.

lol   seemed like the dems were the ones who didn;t want to accept it. Remember when Trump was bad for stopping flights from Asia to slow the spread.

His incompetence did not cost hundreds of thousands of lives.  those people were half dead to begin with for the most part.  Biut its a great left wing talking point for the low IQ retards who get their education from twitter and similar sites.

What about the billions of dollars for the equipment, weapons and ammunition that was left behind.

Now let's send Ukraine more aid money.  Just plain stupid how government works.

that was always going to be left behind.  cheaper to do that then bring it all home and standard in many conflict where we leave the materiels to the winner, which sadly in this case was the winner for about 2 hours before they lost it all to the enemy.

And they wouldn't even make it to first base in the private sector.  Useless leaches is all.

yes Yale and Harvard law students are such losers in life.  Trump would be the biggest loser working in anything besides a family company.   he showed he doesn't have the basic skills to be a C level exec anywhere with the shitshow of a presidential adminstration he created.
