  1. x2....don't be lazy and dig a little bit further.... I am pretty sure wrapping the posts from ground level down is become more common....seen some fence posts lately that have some sort of sock or wrap that ends just above the concrete and above grade. I think it was here, or maybe elsewhere that a guy went that same route through Home Hardware for a garage, maybe a house, and if I am not mistaken, had great reviews.
  2. I see you speak from experience....need to travel a little further now too, to the Timmie's shitter....
  3. For some reason I recall a lot of parents complaining about the amount of sex ed provided to kids at such a young age when it was first released. Personally, I think it is the parents job when it comes to these lessons vs. the education system, but I am sure many parents are not educating their kids either.....
  4. Use a tankless oil boiler to heat the radiant floor.....like a NTI. I would go with spray foam for insulation.
  5. That makes sense than...just to avoid the township hassle's as much as possible.....
  6. I have always heard that pole barn is the most cost effective way, my brother built his this way a couple years ago. Really not sure why it is cheaper, still pouring a concrete pad, has walls, insulation, windows, doors, etc..... perhaps consider in floor heat when you build, at least get the pipes installed and install the rest later if you go down that path.
  7. How selective your memory is. When the sex Ed curriculum first came out, it was not well received, but in typical liberal fashion, it was forced down your throat seeing as they what was best for you.... Switching back to the late 90's isn't the answer, but at least it's recognized to be an issue and need to come up with a happy medium. And can you imagine the thought of asking the people you work for, for their input, crazy notion. ....crazy idea actually, but cudos for taking that approach.
  8. From a legal standpoint, yes.....from a relationship standpoint, no....
  9. Must be getting serious.....wedding bells on the horizon too.... Very nice, congrats!
  10. Seems like they are taking the provincial park rules to the the cottagers now....wonder if there will be "cottage rangers" soon formed to inforce/ticket!
  11. Maybe a little bit of POT and reading skills would be better .....but your grammar could use some work.
  12. Tree coverage really helps to insulate the noises.....winter noises tend to travel a lot more. But not pets anyways....
  13. Looked like you were typing jiberish above...hence my comment and you like your herbs too....
  14. x2....only thing you will not have are the ready made meals, but don't you have a wife, or perhaps a maid....
  15. Already high as kite, Fail.....
  16. Already stated, but you can, just depends on the retailer and who they will sell too. Not a house furnace, but I have a Mr Heater gas heater in the garage, call tech support due a problem, we did some testing over the phone and they had a dealer from the Oakville area mail me the parts that I needed to replace myself to resolve the problem. As for the house furnace, the parts should have a set warranty regardless of who installed it or what maintenance schedule you follow, so they will be covered under the manufacture parts warranty, you may need to pay the labour piece if you did a self install or did not follow the installers "recommended" maintenance schedule.... The furnaces pretty much tells you what is wrong anyways, or points you in the general direction with the diagnoses light and the number of flashes it does.

Lots if good team building going on in this series......coming back in the series, lop sided reffing (no surprise), goals taken back, etc... Look at their first 2 games vs. the last two, they really stepped up to be able to compete with the Bruins. The last penalty kill was great, score could have been higher on both sides. Game 7 should be interesting and I think could go either way easily......hopeful the Leafs come out on top!
  19. Have to agree, if that is not a glitch in the system, good on the local club for turning some Yellow for a day or two for pounding some dirt.

    Helmets?

    Nope, they were flawless

    Helmets?

The Titan is actually electric goggles vs. a shield. Personally, if your goggles are fogging up/freezing, usually a set up issue, need to find what works for you.
  23. Comes with interior & exterior lights, insulation, knotty pine throughout & nice fire place......of ya, the owner will even offer a few beers! i ended up with 4 extra bags after winter, that I tucked up and away last week....only to have to go back and open em up...... Ya, they are almost as good of riding buddies as Poncho & Puzzler are....

Glass is still half full, hoping for an attitude adjustment and they are able dig down and find the game they need to have in order to compete for all three periods. Home games should give them that, IF they have it in them......than carry it forward. I know, call me crazy.....but this hopefully is not the end, at the very least, give us a couple of games that show some promise....
  25. might need to start getting use to that term.... This way you catch of glimpse of what you are missing.....or not missing perhaps
