Those that bought in the last 3 years will be hit, possibly hard. The overall cost of home ownership is way out of whack with what many working class families can afford and rents are no easier to choke down. It will be easier to justify building new homes, when existing homes are within reach of average families. Building homes, selling appliances for those homes etc is a good thing.

None of it works, in reality. Our CCP or Canada Pension Plan is nothing of the sort. It's a welfare scheme, funded by working taxpayers....again. You only need be in Canada for 10 years...you don't have to work a day in your life to claim benefits.
