Lol...
Everyone wants to be a groomer operator...until they are one.
Add onto that, having it at your house, fixing it in your shop, storing it year round and much more.....
I have more power in the equation than I exert most of the time.

It looks like a Pistonbully pulling a Mogal Master drag. The club that I belonged to in NH wanted to buy a PB several years ago, but the state department that administered the grants wanted us to get a Prinoth Husky. The Husky was nice, but the TrailBully was nicer. We ended up with what the state wanted, lol
I'd like to try a trail bully.
I like my current husky/mogul master..until I have to buy parts. It's fucking lunacy.
Had a 4 wheel drive soucy tracked Kubota with a unknown tilting pan drag., and an articulating New Holland tractor with a mogul master
Husky blows them outta the water in every way but price.
I'd like that tilting pan on my drag if I could.

He’s waiting for the Trump audio version of the book. Imagine audio books of the cult leader reading the Bible to Pete
Fuck me, I’d buy one.
Get high as fuck like I did in my teens, and see if it causes uncontrollable laughter like listening to Ummagumma….

That is sure to come out as a theory.
The boat may have been carrying Trumps financial bond too, that’s why he couldn’t come up with it.
i found it insane how the media steered towards a terrorist attack..or not.
They weren’t sure it was an alien attack either.
Fucking joke the media has become

They are saying there were workers on the bridge along with and unknown amount of vehicles.
Wonder if the ship had some sort of mechanical failure and lost control of steering?
If you have ever steered a boat, while docking it’s pretty obvious.
Loss of power/thrust is catastrophic.
That boat is millions of tons, there is a current as well.
They knew they were boned, and advised everyone they could…saving many lives.

Saw that.
Only positive is it happened as 0130.
Be as few vehicles on it as could be.

Say New York takes over his commercial properties who takes care of the buildings and who pays the maintenance staff and all of the people who take care of the properties day in and day out? I would think those people have union contracts with Trump and not the state of New York. Who pays the utility bills and so on down the line???
It would likely go immediately in a trust.

That seems counter to the democrat platform....but hey it's the most solid Republican win of the last 3 years.
Trillions in debt, trillions in deficit, millions of nogoodniks flooding your country, but what the hell, no rainbow flags at embassies FTW!!
Lol.

There is some truth to the OP.
Many women on the republican side of the spectrum, are indeed suffering from a demented form of battered wife syndrome.
They somehow believe they’ve achieved parity, all the while succumbing to servitude and oppression by their male superiors.

Sounds like a perfect place for Putin to invade.
That would be a great place for Putin to invade…or not.
The states that would send their National Guard to help might wipe Putins forces out completely would be many.
Your National Guard has weapon systems our reserve force would drool over. -

Fuck Texas
Why would you say that?
Texas has both Democrat and Republican strongholds, each with their own options.
Wishing ill on an entire state, because of your own small minded views offers nothing.
Work together people. There are outside forces that plot against you all.

wait until commercial real estate buckles...
Commercial office space can’t be offloaded fast enough.
Covid, pushed working without the traditional office space decades ahead, in a matter of years.
AI and technology is making that type or environment and employee less and less relevant.

"All economic news is bad" is just a quote.
As much as I'd like to see my house value keep climbing it's better for everyone if it does not.
Those that bought in the last 3 years will be hit, possibly hard.
The overall cost of home ownership is way out of whack with what many working class families can afford and rents are no easier to choke down.
It will be easier to justify building new homes, when existing homes are within reach of average families.
Building homes, selling appliances for those homes etc is a good thing.

SS is designed for a short window of time. letting the average person collect for twice as long as designed isn't going to work. it's already been an increasing number so tying it in with real data would not be a bad thing. they should also do that with other things like min wage rather than waving some 15/hr flag.
None of it works, in reality.
Our CCP or Canada Pension Plan is nothing of the sort.
It's a welfare scheme, funded by working taxpayers....again.
You only need be in Canada for 10 years...you don't have to work a day in your life to claim benefits.

Boomers think we should work longer than they did? Surprise!
That does make one ponder.
I am fine with changes, as long as they are based on a starting point.
If you start paying in, when the rules say 70 years old, you know the game.
Same with inheritance taxes and what we call capital gains etc.
Government has a way of moving the finish line in their favour and calling it a win.
