When I turn the inner only that one turns. I assumed that by turning the outter, that was the only one changing, because the inner adjustment stayed at the same number of clicks from full soft or firm. I often turn the outter knob while riding depending on trail conditions and it makes a noticeable difference.

The inside will turn with the outside, but not vice versa.

They rebuilt the 35W bridge in Minneapolis in less than a year when that went down… it wasn’t the span this one is, but without having to redirect traffic, they can get it done pretty quick, quick being relative to bridge building.
