  1. As the government and auto insurance companies are allowed to work together to lower accident benefits expect to see alot more lawsuits. Lawyer scum helping lawyer scum make more money!
  2. Did you check out geothermal? with all the government bs lately about carbon tax and footprint geothermal is going to be the way to go.
  3. Does that count for your fat chicks too??
  4. no sorry Puzzleboy, just about over paid underworked millionaires who think just because they qualify to play to make the playoffs that it warrants a bunch of big party. It looked more like a group of college fraternity brothers whooping it up then professional baseball players. It must be to release all of the stress they deal with!
  5. Is anyone else tired of seeing grown men wearing ski googles spraying champagne in a plastic covered locker room. It is such a fake looking moment. And then twice in 2 days for minor wins in my mind. Win the ALCS and maybe a stupid fake planned emotional party but after every game to get there is a little over done.
  6. And no safety inspection for the truck or trailer. No brake check. Nothing.
  7. It makes no sense why a personal pick up truck and enclosed trailer with a GVWR of 6,600lbs both requires a yellow sticker yet same pick up truck towing a fifth wheel travel trailer with a GVWR of 11,000lbs does not. No anual inspection for travel trailer. But feel comfortable in knowing that the outlets selling the large fifth wheel trailers can give the drivers a test and issue the driver their modified A licence to legally drive the truck / trailer combination. No physicla required.
  8. what we need trailer manufacturers to build is a simplified toy hauler type trailer with windows and side door that is not yearly safety sticker required but has actual room inside for 3 or 4 sleds or atvs. Something more hauler then camper but looks camper
  9. What angle was your trailer sitting at on your truck? Going from 2" drop to 4" sounds like a very high tow vehicle I kept my Triton as close to level as possible. I think i used straight hitch on F150 and sometimes a 2" drop. Also if you were pulling it empty in wind there will be a big difference when pulling full in the wind and there is weight on tires and axles. It will be less likely to be pushed around.
  10. What brand trailer and is it brand new? Torsion axles or springs? My Triton trailer of same dimension towed like a dream behind a f150, a gmc 1500 and didnt even notice it behind the f250 i had. tongue height makes all the difference.
  11. I pulled my 18' Triton 7.5' wide with 5' v nose fully loaded with my F150. I also pulled it with a GM 1500 previously. No issues at all. I used to load a Polaris Hawkeye 300, 2 of the Polaris 330 Trailblazers and a Polaris 550 X2 all in it at once. Yes all 4 fit in the trailer. 3 sideways and the X2 backed in. Add 4 or 5 gas cans, a Yamaha 5300 generator, helmets, tools and gear. Plus whatever else everyone threw in from clothes, coolers etc. We were loaded. No issues in all weather. I drove in snow storms, on ice and on gravel roads. Biggest issue for stability on tow vehicles is tires and air pressure. Buy a good quality tire. Air up and go.
  12. Amazing that there is an article on avoiding scams on the same page as the Bors story.
  13. Yes aluminum is worth it. Resale is way better on a good high end aluminum trailer.
  14. Yah Trudeau campaigned on no more then a $10 billion deficit. What was last estimate $40 billion? And your happy and proud. Steve 6 has been walking around with a Woody drooling all week. Justin took his shirt off and posed. Sunny ways and the idiots eat it up. Meanwhile in the real world Canada loses jobs and trade. But all is good
  15. Maybe send to Ottawa. Justin can use it. That is if he comes back from his travels.

  22. Pipelines generate good paying jobs. Jobs pay taxes. If we cancel pipelines we cancel revenues. Who is left to pay the burden of the lazy ass judges and for the transfers to the reserves! Forget the fact we could refine our own oil at the end of pipeline instead of importing crude.
  23. Northern Gateway pipeline approval overturned Federal Court of Appeal finds Canada failed to consult with First Nations on pipeline project Jason Proctor · CBC News15 Minutes Ago The federal Court of Appeal has overturned approval of Enbridge's Northern Gateway pipeline project because Ottawa failed to consult with First Nations. (Alex Panetta/Canadian Press) 2.6k shares The Federal Court of Appeal has overturned approval of Enbridge's controversial Northern Gateway project after finding Ottawa failed to properly consult the First Nations affected by the pipeline. "We find that Canada offered only a brief, hurried and inadequate opportunity ... to exchange and discuss information and to dialogue," the ruling says. Northern Gateway pipeline opponents get say at mega-hearing Northern Gateway pipeline approved with 209 conditions "It would have taken Canada little time and little organizational effort to engage in meaningful dialogue on these and other subjects of prime importance to Aboriginal peoples. But this did not happen." Constitutional requirement to consult The majority ruling was signed by two of the three judges on the Appeal Court panel. Judge Michael Ryer wrote a dissenting opinion. Pipeline opponents have called the decision "landmark." "At every turn you're going, you are seeing nails in the coffin of the Enbridge project," said Peter Lantin, president of the council of the Haida Nation, one of the parties that appealed. "I don't think there's enough room for another nail in the coffin." "First Nations, local communities, and environmental interests said 'no' to Enbridge 12 years ago when it first proposed the project. And now that 'no' has the backing of the courts," said Ecojustice lawyer Barry Robinson. "Between on-the-ground opposition and the federal government's promises to keep B.C.'s north coast tanker free and demonstrate climate leadership, this pipeline is never getting built." The federal government gave the go-ahead to the Northern Gateway project after a National Energy Board joint review panel gave its approval subject to 209 conditions. But the government was also supposed to meet a constitutional requirement to consult with Aboriginal peoples following the release of that report. According to the ruling, the project would significantly affect the seven B.C. First Nations who were parties to the appeal, the: Gitxaala Haisla Gitga-at Kitasoo Xai'Xais Band Council Heiltsuk Tirbal Council Nadleh Whut'en Nak'azdli Whut'en Haida Nation The project would see the Northern Gateway Pipeline travel 1,177 kilometres and deliver bitumen from Alberta to B.C.'s coastline. (Enbridge/The Canadian Press) Their traditional territory includes the waterway that would be used by tankers, the Kitimat terminal and some of the land the pipeline would cross. 'Undisclosed, undiscussed and unconsidered' The ruling noted that the Aboriginal groups generally availed themselves of the joint review panel hearings, submitting both oral and written testimony to the NEB. But the release of the joint review panel report was only the third step in a five-part process before the permit to build the pipeline could be issued. In the fourth phase, the Crown was supposed to consult with Aboriginal peoples "on any project-related concerns that were outside of the Joint Review Panel's mandate." The Appeal Court ruling says the standard for consultation doesn't have to be perfection, but rather "whether 'reasonable efforts to inform and consult' were made." The judges found the federal government had not met that standard.
  24. Take it to a reputable shop and get boating. who knows what has now been screwed up by all the backyard mechanics and their fiddling. It sounds like the marina owners are no wear near as concerned about their business as your dad is in supporting them! I know it sucks when local marina goes out but so does a summer not boating because unqualified people wrenching on a $120,000 boat. One question for Sedz. Why is a guy with your background and knowledge paying money to have your boat winterized and stored?
  25. Trade it in on a new one. They wont water test it. Then next weekend your boat will run like new.
