I’ve been debating for a year now over what motor to put in my flareside. I’m not sure if this is the right way to go but I made a deal to buy a 460 and C6. Both are in a truck owned by a friend of a friend. 78 motor all stock. 87 C6 from a van. Truck has seen some mud in a 4x4 so hope to check out the bearings when changing the pan.

Although it is never easy, and I said the last time I had to put a pet down I'd never do it again, but with the 2 varmints we have now, (that were likely going to be separated, put down or die in the wild) that is all it takes for me to think 10-15yrs of joy, fun and laughs is all worth a few weeks/months of grief. Just thinking about that alone brings a tear to my eye. Beautiful cats that are playful, happy and alive, so yeah, it is definitely going to suck when that day comes but what we have now is much better than the what I wrote above.
