Paid 2 nice American men for work this past week.... paid one $2,300 to replace my bulkhead and another $2000 to do some wiring. Oddly, while the bulkhead guy was here, had a guy come over for an estimate to fix my pool deck. When the guy left, my guy said take his estimate with a grain of salt. I asked why...
