Run the numbers including all worst case scenario's and if the profit vs. hassle factor is worth it to you do it. Personally I don't want people staying in my vacation home and definitely bought the place so I could take off at a moments notice and not have to worry about a schedule or someone else staying there when I want to use it. Most people I know doing this simply use it as a way to offset their cost of ownership specifically when they don't have the time to use it that often. Those that are paying a management company to take care of everything including cleaning services, fix-it services, etc. are not making much or any profit after they pay all their bills. Again, just depends on what you feel a worthwhile return on your money is vs. the hassle. One thing I do know is no matter who you have managing it they never remove 100% of the pain and it's never a completely hands off investment.3 points

Nobody is going to get the vax after they start making vaxed peaple wear a mask. They can’t get anymore people at this point. I have one customer ,that is a lobbyist group saying only vaxed people can go in their building. Told the president of the company I work for and he said that’s going to be their problem, not ours. Like I keep saying. This is the new global warming , but less then half the country is buying into it. Vax numbers are crazy low. Hospitals are empty and very few deaths.2 points

Yes, the 700. It will fit 2 full racks of ribs. yes, it has an upper rack but I usually keep it out as you can’t fit bigger cuts like a pork shoulder or brisket with it in. I’ll do sausages along with 2 racks of ribs and use the upper rack for the sausage. 9 hours at 225. Time today stick in a probe and start pushing it along. Mom’s coming for dinner.2 points

Looks to be the same as mine. 3 years now . Only problems were no fault of the unit. You have to keep the firebox clean and you can’t leave it out in the weather for long periods of time or the feeder will potentially plug up. I try to start it every couple weeks if I haven’t been using it. it’s looking ugly because the wife tried using when I wasn’t home. She moved it, knocked the heater plate off it’s mounts and started it. Fucker went to 900 degrees and burnt all the paint off the bottom side. No regrets in the purchase. Next one I will go bigger and more features though.2 points

I actually think we aren’t anywhere near the 70% mark either. I’d bet 50-ish. Certainly 50 for those not receiving the second. But, if that shit gets out, there’s no way this narrative stays real. They need the 70 number to try and make it appear that you are in a small minority that has chosen to not get it. What a bunch of bullshit this has all become….and it lies squarely on DC and all those that bowed to their orders while instantly sacrificing their professionals ethics and integrity.2 points
