Sledding has been around for a very long and it only takes a few to ruin it for everybody... all forms motor sports are the same way. As time change industries need to adapt and individuals need to be good stewards to their motor sport instead of digging their heals in and putting hillbilly displays on for the public to witness. What is ruining motor sports is loud exhaust on public road ways and tuned and deleted diesels.... vast majority of the public can’t stand those things. The few that delete and tune and those that run loud exhaust ruin it for the vast majority. Either change or be regulated out.

People are their own worst enemy. If douche kits wouldn’t be running around on public road with emission defeat equipment then it wouldn’t even be a battle to keep non emission compliant race vehicles from being raced. it’s equivalent to sledders running loud cans and going off trail where not allowed or off trail on private property.
