Ok.  And mine isn't just mine.  I supported Trump from day one, and still do.  I've heard his statements going back to 1981, and he has been consistent for over 30 years as to what we needed to do for our economy and the middle class.  He also said he'd run for president one day if something didn't change.  He kept his promise.  We will agree to disagree.

Tell me what the Union newsletter said about the affects of capital repatriation on the EPS growth of the S&P 500. :snack:

C'mon Chris....enough with the cheap shots, puts you in the same league as SnowRider with that shit.  Surely you know the difference between a public and private sector union?

I have not opened one correspondence from the union in years. The head man in Maine was a driver with me when I worked in Rockland. As is typical, he was a left wing tree hugging whack job. Nothing he writes to me I need to read.

The Teamsters is a pretty powerful and corrupt union. Has to be difficult for a true conservative to swallow their pride and pay the dues and accept their benefits.

Well - he's and his kind have gotten you lots of raises and benefits. It's kinda rude to ignore them.

We have a beautiful relationship; I pay for services rendered and get a return on my money, they get paid for services.

People do the same thing when they invest in a mutual fund.... putting up money in an entity they may dislike, for a positive return.

Aren't we all about investments making a return?

Do you then project 'benevolence' upon the mutual fund for making you a return? I don't. It's a money making tool. Why project it on a union?

If the mutual fund investor goes around the internet pretending to be an anti capitalist/socialist then he'd be a hypocrite and you'd have a point.

I bet most have no clue what the actual investments are in their funds. To be honest I just look at the pie chart for allocation of funds. I don’t usually get that deep to see what the companies are.

Most would only care about manager tenure and solid returns over the long term.  The difference is you can turf your MF or whoever referred it to you when the returns aren't cutting it, unlike the union,  although you can always find employment elsewhere.

I'm still trying to come up with actual policies Trump has put in place that are so horrendous for the country?

He was handed a complete fucking disaster foreign policy wise.  NK, Russia, Syria, Afg, Iraq, Iran all were handled poorly by the previous administrations.

Domestically a lot of the same could be said.

He had nothing to do with the current shit show illegal immigration is and much of what Obama did was unconstitutional (DACA).

God forbid he wants to vet people from countries that have a hard time themselves knowing anything about.

He got us out of a climate agreement that meant nothing more than the paper it was signed on.

He instructed congress to do their fucking job and fund or not fund Obamacare when it was clearly unconstitutional how the Obama admin was doing it.

I get why people dislike him from time to time but reality is when you look at what he is actually doing its all been very positive for America and its citizens.

My Granchildren ?  Are you  even thinking about the future. Do you understand what’s going to change in 30 years. Just like everyone else people need to open your fucking eyes. And understand it they will be a minority. The birth rates alone  should start the scare some people in the understanding that it’s going to be a whole lot different than it is today. I really don’t care about fucking healthcare right now I’m more concerned about later on when it comes to my grandchildren. This country is going to completely change, what the hell maybe being a minority will be able to get the same benefits that people get right now today.
