My butcher has jumped into the big smoker game. You can order pigs from him as well. Did some pub burgers and cheddar and onion brats on the in laws webbbba. Four cops live on their block in Chicago,so I didn’t get caught up in a drive by.:lol:

Well planned on smoking some ribs in the bullet smoker,..water pan rotted out..so have a full rack of pork ribs and a half rack of beef ribs going in the kettle using the snake method..fingers crossed
