I’m going to try this method, but increase the smoker time. Woodtick Posted April 21, 2019 Share Posted April 21, 2019 So I got fucked at work today. Made great money but the 9lb pork shoulder got neglected. I need to get it on the smoker, been marinating for a hour. I’m thinking a 10 hour smoke? I do have time in the morning if it stalls. I’m thinking 10 hours at 225 and see how it is? We have a hour drive to the in-laws for the cool down. I’m doing carnitas style but it’s the same thing as pulled pork, just a different seasoning.
