If they won't budge I tell them i need to schedual a time for them to come pick up their equipment, rate has stayed the same for the last 8 years. For like 10 years I would have to call and get the 20 dollar/year charge taken off...but they would do it..and I always paid the balance of every month. When we moved last year we had to switch to Charter...ended up hating it and the rate hikes.
