Gold Member Kivalo Posted July 11, 2017 Gold Member Share Posted July 11, 2017 I have a car that burns oil, most noticeably at highway speeds. The car only has to last a few more months so I have just been adding oil. I just got my delivery from Amazon and I guess I didn't pay close enough attention and ordered 5w20. I have been running 5w30. Will the lower viscosity cause a problem considering Im already burning oil?
Woodtick
It will be fine . Add Lucas oil treatment and add a catch can. Lucas will slow the blow bye down.
