hayward Posted July 8, 2017 Share Posted July 8, 2017 Friends of mine were up in Forestport, last weekend I think they said parts of Utica was flooded on that saturday. Talked to a guy an hour ago was in Lowville during that time and took a video clip of the Independance river. She was roaring like at spring melting time.
