again you are looking at this through the lens of the system we have in place now. you have voucher accepted any place small privet schools will be popping up every place . putting the huge overpriced massive class size building out of fashion in short order .

the biggest cost from what I gather is special ed and prob kids . there is going to have to be places for them but like every thing there will have to be places that get more $ to deal with them

Public funding of private schools? What could go wrong?

Oh...please....tell me more!  Me likes to learn stuff about things!  Tell me about how obstacles are hard...and should not be a part of life.  And certainly should have no part in the workplace creating tough situations in people's career advancements.  Please 'splain that to me.

Blah blah blah, sieze the means of production.

So you support govt funding of private companies? Interesting....

so you support the status quo of the United states public school system ? or do you buy in to the narrative we just need to spend more money on them and it will all be ok ?

Sounds like inverted socialism to me...

well public school already is . I pay for every ones kid to go to school if I have them or not .what do you call that ?

hey why not let the privet schools take a kids 17g a yr and there mom and dad flip the bill for the diff? why is it mom and dad have to pay 2 times for there kid to go to school now if they want them to get a decent education? why if you homeschool don't you get a tax deduction for your effort to keep class size smaller

They also all shit in a pot outside.

But I agree it isn't just a problem that can be solved by just throwing money at it.

But there's no money in fixing it, so it won't be fixed.

Just like how we could fix homelessness and hunger tomorrow. We certainly have the ability.

There's just no money to be made.

And that, my dude, is what capitalism is all about.

homelessness can not be solved until you cure mental health .

school can be fixed just not by tossing more money at it. there is more than enough money tossed at it today to make a working system . the Union is keeping it broken

The union!

Do you have any idea how huge a racket the textbook business is?

Why do you think we have all this federally mandated shit? It's all about the media contracts, man. Textbooks, videos, teaching aids. These companies have done what all companies do. Buy government favors and enrich themselves at our expense.

You're not dumb, you've just been brainwashed to direct your anger at scapegoats like the poor and minorities.

textbook industry is out of k to 12 but still doing very well in higher ed . my buds has a kid who is a worthless French lit professor and he is required to re wright is textbook every 2 yrs.

fucking kid got a full ride to Cornell when he was 17 then Harvard gave him a even better deal at 19. smartest guy I know and he pissed it away on French lit lol. but I have to say he has a sweet life . found a filthy rich family to marry in to and spends every summer in France in the family estate working on the next years textbook

What anger?  Maybe you've been brainwashed to think everyone is angry that doesn't think like you and have been brainwashed to direct that anger at scapegoats like minorities and the poor.

ahhhhh......suck on that for a while.  Or don't.  IDGAF.
