Over 50 in my group...all have had diff issues.

No failures since going to mudnwheels diff.

Everyone is running huge tires, mods and kicking the shit out of them in rack deep mud?

What the fuck do you expect?

I have 14000kms. 25 mph average, trail riding with 26" tires. No issues.

Imagine that.

Your T4 is not a canam.

Lots of people running bone stock can ams with rear diff issues.

We can go back and forth all day...

There is a diff issue...end of story...and it not just on outlanders and gades... commanders as well...my commander never sees very much mud...its not snorkelled...diff didnt last 500kms.

Easy to do a search...but you just want to argue.

I see it on the net. I don't see it here.

No argument.

I stand by my statement. More without issues than those that do. And those that do, 95% are modded and beat on.

Simple?

Looking at Maxxis viper or big horn tires to replace this one. Only do 20% mudding and most of it is early may for any mud and I try not to hit mud  if it can be avoided , I usually do mostly  dirt roads, logging roads. also looking at new 3rd generation big horn. Suggestions ?

That is why you havent seen many issues...Stock polaris front ends dont hold up well to larger mud tires. Can Ams weak spot are rear diffs...they are not shimmed right from the factory and wear out quickly.

Just installed 8 ply Rage Storm tires so we'll see how everything holds up.

I tried them in deep snow 3 days ago, worked better than the stock tires, I use both XP 1000's for plowing snow plowing.
