Would this really surprise any of you?

Not in the slightest.   The obama admin spied on journalist, congressional members and 35 foreign leaders just to name a few.  Time for people to wake up.

Perhaps they were monitoring the ambassadors phone calls, not Trump tower's.

Absolutely but there are rules then about when an American citizen is a part of the call.    The leak to the Washington Post was highly illegal.   Who did that?

No idea really, wiki leaks, an agent of some intel group or somebody playing games with the press, lots of possibilities.

:lmao: My bad.  I don't usually watch. "OF" so I'm in the dark about the abbreviation.  But I do like BO.  Read one of his books too (Rising Sun).  Really good.

Well, is appears that Trump may just have sparked something the Dems wish he hadn't.  And all their little media games and discounting may not make this go away.

Ooops (again).

It came straight from the intelligence community.

According to who? The media doesn't like giving up it's sources.

Think about it who else could have leaked wire tap transcripts.

I already named a few, the fact is we don't know very much of what has taken place and we will likely never know.

The problem is that Flynn, lied about his contact, Sessions was less than forthcoming and has recused himself, another aid first denied now admitted his contact, Trumps sil met with the Amb. as well and  Trump may have never known that any of these people met or talked with the Amb. but he said other wise.

The claim that Obama wiretapped Trump tower  was not a smart move on his part, his diehard supporters wouldn't care if he ate a live baby on tv., but there are plenty of anybody but Hillary voters, and people who were sick of the lies coming out of DC and right now it looks like more of the same than the change people thought they were getting.

I think the "anybody but Hillary" voters are seeing EXACTLY why they thought that in the first place.  The Dems and their media are making complete specticles of themselves and an extraordinary mockery of our government.  And it'd have to be "extra" after this election.  I just don't see many of them feeling any different in spite of what Trump does in which they may disagree.  And to most of them, Trump is making good strides right now with a lot of things that they were after.

People are careful of what they say because Trump supporters are very staunch in their support, I live where Trump did extremely well and had a lot of anybody but Hillary voters, privately they will say there has been lots of lies and plenty of confusion, and while they are willing to wait it out a while are very disappointed. If the ACA replacement isn't cheaper and better, and I mean cheaper by a meaningful amount and better by a decent amount, his support will die fast. The other thing is taxes and wages, if there is no noticeable, middle class tax cut and a good rise in wages for the middle class support will die quickly.

Hmmmmm.    This is getting interesting.  No link yet as Gingrich just said this on the OF.

It's truly amazing that our intelligence community would be monitoring the phone conversations of Russia's ambassador to the US :news:

It had better be, much of NEPA supported Trump for that very reason, probably at the top of the list behind maybe gun control.

The ACA was failing.  I don't know why most won't at least do a quick search as to why.  It's simple but most won't bother, whether they care or not.  Anything done to that should help.

Most Americans that aren't following around Trump because they hate him, and/or themselves or lives, are seeing a solid changes that are amounting to a consumer confidence that we haven't seen in years and years.  Consumer confidence=Spending=growth.

It's  been a bit over one month and these strides in the right direction have been epic.  Even stanch Dems are enjoying their 401k boosts and will also start seeing more career and job opportunities.  The rest should come but again, it's only been a bit over a month.  The Dems are holding up a lot of shit that needs to happen to start moving on the rest of some agendas Trump promised.  They CANNOT let him succeed at the risk of their party losing even more control.  Sadly, they are losing their fight and will continue to do so.  They are a wreck.

Also, this "it's Russia" thing has just gotten old to all of the "fence voters".  It's enough already with this silliness that the Dems keep pushing.  They are looking foolish.  Does anybody really think America is being "worked" by Putin?  No.  They should just let it go.
