if you go that way, take the lake trail. do not take the land trail. 600 all the way up. or at least to D102C as Reevster said.

The lake trail up is only yellow, and lower half of land trail is still red but top half is green.

those trails can be good but they can be very bad. you should be okay if you go 600 to D102C.

even C is still showing as yellow...

Yeah, I'm a little concerned about the C trail being yellow...

My plan is to do C from the Petro > 604 (dogfish) > c104D > 600 > port loring and then take the 500 series to dollars lake.

Would not head to Ardbeg, last weekend Wawashkesh and Island lakes not staked so unless you are familiar with area easy to get turned wrong way.

Trail 600 is now showing limited, it was red earlier in the week.

Update; Club has confirmed lakes have been staked along trail 600

I don't know wtf I'm doing yet. I'll probably wait till tonight to decide after I get the low down  on what's being groomed. C101 went green so I'd take that up if you aren't taking the sundridge route

that'll likely be a lot of subpar conditions until you hit the argyle riders trails. but best of luck!

not sure where you're parking but they're pretty adamant about no overnight parking at the petrocan at seguin.

What route do you suggest then?

Seriously? They won't let you park overnight?

Okay so Ardbeg it is?

If leaving from Port Severn you will have to head towards Bala and then work back to the "C"

There is a stretch of the "C" north of you still showing red.

Everything from My place in Nobel north to Ardbeg is good to go.

From their you are on the lakes pretty much to Loring which are now staked.

Planning on trailering to Parry Sound to avoid the garbage trails around us and then riding from there.

Just not sure about overnight at those locations???

I would certainly call them and get it pre-approved, likely not free.

The Cargil Rd is near my place and never really had anyone parking there before.  Now I am not sure.  I am heading up this afternoon and will likely be passing it so I can post what it looks like later if anyone wants.

Do you mind checking the Cargill lot? See if it is somewhat secure and an actual plowed lot.

if you're set on leaving from parry sound, then that's the way to go.

not rode those trails this year but have lots in years past.

lots of yellow. not a good sign.

I used to ride from Port Severn to North Bay and back when I went to school up there, trails were always pretty good.
