Nice :good: Is it insulated so it can be used in the winter?

Yes it is insulated and I have seen some videos of people using them in the winter this one is the 800 watt model but the do make a 1200 model. The bigger 1200 watt would be a nice improvement. The one thing this smoker would work great for is a alto sham or holding oven. Let say you cook a prime rib and you wont be serving it for four hours set the temp at 120 deg and forget it just like the best restaurants do. :bbq: :bc:

Grilled chicken breast with diced onions, cukes and tomatoes and cheese on Greek flatbread topped with a yogurt, cuke and dill dressing.
