Having a great time in the kitchen today.

Did 15lbs of venison jerky last night and today. 

Beef Wellington is in the oven and looks dynomite. Wife made a nice red wine reduction to go with it and we just whipped a bowl of garlic mashed potatoes in the kitchenaid. My wife loves the kitchenaid by the way. Its getting used all the time.

Dad just ran to the store for some heavy cream and we are going to make egg nog for tonight.

son got a turkey from work for xmas-  SMH at giving 16-20 year old kids a fucking turkey- so cooked that up with the normal fixings.
