Fresh picked chanterelle mushrooms,  some sauted and some grilled on the Q with a steak.  Picked about 5 pounds of channies this afternoon since the deer hunting was slow.

A quick cherry wood smoke on some Speras itialian sausage,  going in some Canale's sauce, over some rigatoni,  Columbus bread on the side..

I have been left to my own accord this weekend.  Scary thought.  I'm thinking about a White Castle binge tonight.

The wife's been busy cleaning the house and baking. 2 pumpkin and 2 French apple pies. Looks like maybe a frozen pizza for dinner. We have friends coming over tomorrow for Thanksgiving dinner.

Had Yakitori chicken at a place we have never been at before.  OMG was it good, once I picked out the water chessnuts.
