Still haven't figured out what is so great about that place.  I've had one decent meal there, one OK, and one horrible one.  Don't plan on going back.

for years i ate there at least 2-3 times a month,  couple of times they were not hot enough or had too much or too little seasoning but overall the local ones here do a decent job

That my friend is a perfect rare/medium Tri-tip steak,..melts in your mouth. Cooking that any longer would be offensive..Kiddos loved it

I consider it a rare/medium which is different than medium/rare..it was delicious!!  Tri-tip is  great on the smoker too,..takes about an hour and a half

Don't pay any attention to him, he's one of those vegetarians :lol: 

I have a hard time finding tri-tip around here. Whenever I find them I grab a few :bc:
