Grilled some strip steaks in between rain storms.  Had a baked potato for the side

A half ass turkey sandwich and a bunch of almond windmill cookies for dessert.

Still haven't figured out what is so great about that place.  I've had one decent meal there, one OK, and one horrible one.  Don't plan on going back.

for years i ate there at least 2-3 times a month,  couple of times they were not hot enough or had too much or too little seasoning but overall the local ones here do a decent job

That my friend is a perfect rare/medium Tri-tip steak,..melts in your mouth. Cooking that any longer would be offensive..Kiddos loved it

I consider it a rare/medium which is different than medium/rare..it was delicious!!  Tri-tip is  great on the smoker too,..takes about an hour and a half
