Cancer diagnosis down almost 50% “people are to afraid to see the doctor”

There was an ad I heard on the radio up here from the Heart and Stroke foundation telling people not to be afraid to attend a hospital if they have signs of the above. It basically said your life was not worth risking because of the covid fear mongering. I only heard the ad once. :news:

Telehealth is here to stay. This virus just pushed the envelope. It’s a far cheaper way to deliver health care and a method to help contain costs. A lot of people would rather meet with their health provider via Zoom than face to face.

i went to the oral surgeon today. scheduling three implants for next month. There is nothing to fear in seeing a doctor.
