Lot is 200X470 and surrounded by trees, nestled in a quiet area (About 20 homes) with vacant lots and a couple new builds on the way.Towns are close and the trail runs behind our place and pretty easy to get around by quad or sled in the winter. Atving in kenora area in the bush is awesome too..nice bush,hilly terrain, not like flat shit Manitoba. Boring for the most part,except in the forest, but there's no hills .
