smokin george
I was going to put my snows on the car and the wheel lock key is fubared. Good thing I have a well equipped toolbox. 12pt/3/4x1/2" drive socket, breaker bar and a big hammer. The locks are in the garbage now lol.
SVT MXZ XRS
I had one break on me before. And of course it was while I was rotating the tires right before we were getting ready to go up N. I drove to one of the local private owned tire shops and they have special sockets for removing broken wheel locks. While he was getting that one off , I was removing the other 3 and tossing them into their steel scrap bin. No more wheel locks for me ever again. That's what auto insurance is for
stealth bomber
I hate the damn things with a passion. Wouldn't even want to guess how much time I've spent looking through customers cars for that fucking socket or removing stripped locks. All new cars on our lot have to have them for insurance reasons, I really wish they were removed when they are cleaned up for delivery.
