ONEWAYS are not very bright with facts, actually ignore them Seems this has been an issue we back to the days of world envy 7 of Harpers last 7 years we saw increase in outflows (BEST EVER we need him back) from your links you don't read The graph shows that outflows, too, have increased steadily since 2011 and reached a record $100 billion in 2017. As a result, in that year the balance of Canada’s FDI account (outflows minus inflows) was about negative $4 billion. A far cry from what the government had planned. Billions upon billions have left just in the past couple years alone with last year being the worst of them all. I have no doubt the low OIL prices and DONNY being wacked had much to do with this, Haper enjoyed a 1.10 cnd dollar and higher OIL prices which could have paid alot of bills but didn't end up happening. Buying the pipeline was a bad, not buying was bad, no good can come from any of that....... Trudeau supports the pipeline and the Haters speak like he is against it. Canada's GDP growth has been negative in 2 of the past 3 months and the overall outlook going forward is pretty lame. The moron who runs the Bank of Canada is now on hold with interest rate increases and is hoping foreign business investment picks to add to GDP rather than the debt fueled spending responsible for most of it.
