The other is the relief for mortgage payments and Mr. open for business Doug Ford & John Tory saying don't worry about paying rent. Now you have all of these tenant groups saying April 1st don't pay rent and that rent should be waived. All of this is complete BS. Banks are not allowing this and if they do, your missed payment will simply be added to your principal and charged interest, so the bank will make even more money. Encouraging lawlessness and telling people it's ok to not pay your rent is nothing more than theft. Why don't they tell everyone it's ok if you can't buy groceries just go take what you want from Costco and you won't be arrested. Why does a family making $150K need a bailout? and why is it the same amount from 0-150K. Regionally also that money has a vast difference in its impact. $2400 goes a lot further in the back woods vs Manhattan. What a gong show..
