My wife has similar issues but she has low blood pressure. I don’t have low blood pressure but I do have a low heart rate. It will get as low as 45 beats per minute. I passed out one time after standing up. Will sometimes get lightheaded.

motonoggin
I had a spell of vertigo this spring. It was shitty. Pretty much had to stay still if I didn't want to feel dizzy.

revkevsdi
Sorry to hear that Ben. That hits at the wrong time and you could literally die in a fire. Which would be somewhat ironic. My wife, sister in-law and father in law have all had that. Bad news. My father in law died. Had nothing to do with the vertigo, he was in his 80’s. They were all treated by a physio therapist and were cured. https://www.healthlinkbc.ca/health-topics/hw263714 I think the treatment is mentioned here I just ask my wife for the link without clicking. Looks like theirs was benign vs yours being acute. Not sure how different they are. Edited August 22, 2019 by revkevsdi

Also I have to have another spinal and lumbar MRI. There goes $500 The meds should take of the vertigo, the back is a pain for sure, cortisone and PT have been my friends over the last 15 years, my last cortisone injection for my back was 7 or 8 years ago.
