What I said is accurate. Politics thrives on the division. If right leaning people are bit more prevalent than left leaning you will see the Repubs, in general, win more elections. The opposite is also true. Gerrymandering and census questions are merely some of the tools used by those in power to ensure that divide works more heavily in their favor.
