Platinum Contributing Member Skidooski Posted October 12, 2016 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted October 12, 2016 It's like old times with MC, Slinger and AFJ/Spinfuckstick all bloating about running cover for blatant corruption in their political party. Snake
A major gambling website says nearly all wagers on the presidential election in the last 48 hours have been on Donald Trump to win. Irish bookmaker Paddy Power on Tuesday said 91 percent of bets on the election in the last two days have been backing Trump, the Republican nominee. In the past 48 hours, 91% of bets on the US Election have been on Trump. He’s into 9/4. And we’ve already paid out on Hillary. Uh-oh. pic.twitter.com/pGEkHMbrF2 — Paddy Power Politics (@pppolitics) “We’re not reaching for the rosary beads just yet but if money talks, and it usually does, it’s telling us that Trump still has a puncher’s chance and he’ll be leaving us with some very expensive egg on our face if he does manage to pull it off,” spokesman Féilim Mac An Iomaire said in a statement. http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/304054-bookmaker-says-91-percent-of-bets-in-past-48-hours-have-been-on

The S&P 500 has fallen 2.2 per cent over the last three months. Historically, a decline in stock prices has forecast a win for the challenger candidate. The index has called it correctly in seven of the eight past elections, so the fall in stock prices is a bad omen for Hillary Clinton, Sam Stovall, chief investment strategist at CFRA, told CNBC. 'Going back to World War II, the S&P 500 performance between July 31 and October 31 has accurately predicted a challenger victory 86 percent of the time when the stock market performance has been negative,' he said. Look at Brexit, the fear surrounding that, markets dropped and then came back. Trump is just one person and will be muzzled for the most part. If the markets do collapse for a longer period, its cause we are in a bubble (like many are suggesting) and Trump or Hillary would have little to do with it.
