I told him that I wouldn't overrule Joel and remove the ban. The issue is between Joel and him. I did tell him of the long standing FS policy of allowing banned members back with an apology. I'm guessing Joel hasn't gotten one of those yet? I've chatted with Uncle Snotty quite a bit over the past few years. I agree he just wants to fuck around and have fun. That said, he should not be allowed to threaten members here or the forum in general with lawsuits and the possibility of being shut down. I know he couldn't do that but he shouldn't be threatening it either. I hope he makes it back some day with the understanding that he should t cross that line.
