The President cannot be impeached for fulfilling duties granted to him by the constitution.  Period.   That includes making statements regarding investigations of his cabinet and  firing of certain people in the DOJ/FBI.  THE PRESIDENT IS THE HEAD OF THE DOJ/FBI.

Mueller in a political way is saying we think there might be evidence of obstruction in the general sense but we are not making the call on the constitutionality of the Presidents actions.

Well that and the DOJ.  (Barr and Rosenstein)

This (below) is extremely important for all the obstruction of justice crowd.

Trump took no act to obstruct Mueller.   The report says he offered and supplied all witness' and all requested documents without once claiming executive privilege.    Now if Trump was even in the general sense obstructing the FBI then why would he not have done more to stop Mueller?   Trump acted like an innocent man because he is an innocent man.

For those who say he refused to testify on obstruction well that is exactly what a President should do regarding presiding constitutionally.   Saying the President obstructed justice for firing Comey is the biggest political hack point of the obstruction busllshit.   Even Comey said in his letter to the people at the FBI he said he had the legal authority to do so.

"The President's efforts to influence the investigation were mostly unsuccessful, but that is largely because the persons who surrounded the President declined to carry out orders or accede to his requests,"

There was also a reference to not being able to indict a sitting President but muller was still presenting the information so another body could pursue it...I'm paraphrasing but it could be trouble.

Slingers car is capable of going over 70 so it's possible he's sped before.  Slinger has had an alcoholic beverage, so it's possible he's drove impaired.  Slinger has purchased cold medicine, so it's possible he's produced meth.  That isn't enough to try or convict him, but we can't rule it out either.

Ouch....

Seriously, this is what you sound like.

"If we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, however, we are unable to reach that judgment. The evidence we obtained about the President's actions and intent presents difficult issues that prevent us from conclusively determining that no criminal conduct occurred. Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."

"The Russian contacts consisted of business connections, offers of assistance to the campaign, invitations for candidate Trump and Putin to meet in person, invitations for campaign officials and representatives of the Russian government to meet, and policy positions seeking improved US-Russian relations,"

ouch

In summation: " We do not have any evidence to prove that the president committed a crime" /end
