So the program that the NSA needed and knuckle dragged here fought to defend (that infringed on our Constitutional) is useless and doesn’t catch anyone. But, you are probably right. Agreed. I don't trust the IC. We spy on everything an anyone we can. Our own congressional leaders, our own POTUS, foreign leaders, journalists.....you name it.
