Dave
An easy search found this...right from the boss himself. Grip N Rip05 Oct 2015 The rivets for the new upper a arm kit are stainless. The brace will also fit the older 1200 4 strokes

The polaris cast bulkhead is better and that's why the g4 is using it the cast breaks just as ez . the reason they use it is ez in manufacturing

I have seen 2 pro Axsis get totaled from busted cast bulkhead . I did the z broz brace kit on my g4 summit . so far so good but i have zero doubt I will bend this thing up like a empty old Milwaukee can at a frat party Edited February 12, 2019 by Ez ryder

Anler
I don't think any braces would have saved an a arm when you hit a post anchored in the frozen ground.

f7ben
Looked the sled over good when I got home tonight. Bent a-arm....broken panel lock. Broken panel tab on belly pan. Bent ski but no significant damage. Antifreeze was coming from the reservoir cap being partially displaced by my knee hitting at I went over the bars lol. New cast smod is 1000x better than the old pop can garbage. I can straighten the arm myself and ski too. The rest I'll live with
