*cause

Communism takes hold in the midst of extreme problems with wealth distribution. A political party runs on the platform that promises to give the power back to the people. The latest tax scheme by the republicans gave the farm to the wealthy. Trailer park living red hats are simply too fucking dumb to realize it yet.

Correct capitalism has lifted millions out of poverty while communism is responsible for the death of millions

You’re not doing your best work here either.  Biggest thing these biased stats are ignoring is the wealth transfer that happens constantly, but is now accelerating at a faster pace due to the older generations dying off who represent a larger % of the population than the younger ones.  They also represent a huge portion of these net worth #s.  I’ll let you figure out how that will give a more accurate look at these doom and gloom#s these guys are peddling.  And while Ben wants to tax estates north of 10 mm, that were created by the thinkers and doers of the country, and give it to the black hole known as the Federal budget, history shows that the private sector is the far far better steward of that $ overall.

No they can’t afford it

Read the OP, they can afford whatever they want. Corps will create a monopoly on agriculture just like they have with every other commodity. The big biotech companies will own all of agriculture making it impossible for the independent farm to compete. Just read a piece last week about how family farm bankruptcies are on the rise.

I get a kick out of the hypocrites like moto who have become a part of the 1% through capitalism, set their hair on fire about wealth disparity but then refuse to recognize their privilege and fix their own wealth disparity by giving all unnecessary income to people who make less than them

It’s been tried in western Canada many times and almost always certainly fail. It’s not a 9-5 job and city people are just way to dumb to make it work.

And from an investment standpoint they can’t pay as much as the locals can for land because simple rent won’t cover it

Well if we actually had and enforced real antitrust regulation that prevented these corps being able to dominate various industries that issue might get controlled.  Of course that would mean we’d need real campaign finance laws that would minimize or eliminate all the influence peddling, but the public is kept distracted from that reality too.  But it starts there if we really want to fix the capitalist system that some of these guys want to burn down, and replace with something has never worked in the past.
