Mainecat
57 percent of voters say they won't support Trump in 2020 Source: PBS NewsHour/NPR Politics Jan 17, 2019 5:00 AM EST With the 2020 presidential election already underway, 57 percent of registered voters said they would definitely vote against President Donald Trump, according to the latest poll from the PBS NewsHour, NPR and Marist. Another 30 percent of voters said they would cast their ballot to support Trump, and an additional 13 percent said they had no idea who would get their vote. Although the election is still nearly two years away, the large number of voters who oppose Trump as well as his low approval ratings suggest the president faces a “steep, steep incline” in winning re-election, said Lee Miringoff, the director of the Marist Institute for Public Opinion. “The president has had his base and not much else,” Miringoff added. Platinum Contributing Member Highmark Posted January 17, 2019 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted January 17, 2019 (edited) 9 point swing in registered voters D over R. Could mean 18 point swing in results if surveyed the other way around. On top of that they polled way more who called themselves strong democrats than strong republicans. http://maristpoll.marist.edu/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/NPR_PBS-NewsHour_Marist-Poll-USA-NOS-and-Tables_1901141631.pdf#page=1 Edited January 17, 2019 by Highmark
snoughnut
A poll by PBS/NPR that includes 1,023 adults....... what a whopper of a revelation, representation of the entire country. MC, you should really refrain from trying to make yourself look like a bigger fool than you already are.

So have you moved on to saying he's toast because he will not win reelection? Or are you still holding out hope for impeachment or resigns?
