Just to be clear Hillary would still have been charged with Criminal neglecgence in the email case had the FBI not been corrupt.

No doubt about that....but they were told to be focused on Trump.

The special counsel would have never been assembled had the DOJ/FBI not been corrupt.   Even the NYT's knows the corruption in the FBI.   Think about that the NYT's reported on the FBI's improper investigation into a sitting President.

I'll give the NYT's credit when its due.   They were one of the few that reported on the Clinton/Russia Uranium/Money ties and they are reporting on the corruption in the FBI.   WaPo/CNN/MSNBC wouldn't dream of touching those stories.  They at least have a shred of journalistic integrity left.

Rosenstein:  Its my recommendation that James Comey be fired.

Rosenstein:  We need to investigate why the president fired Comey.

He is the dumbest poster in this forum.  Thinks he is so smart but has an average intelligence at best.  :lol2:

The funniest part of this is it was clear to a non-partisan that the Russia collusion narrative was a hoax

Collusion isn’t a crime. How could he be charged with anything of the sort?

Collusion is the term the people who have been feeding you this shit sandwich for two years could use without being sued for liable.  Conspiracy would need to be the charge but everyone with half a brain knew that was shit from nearly day one.

Newsflash for you and dipshits like you, Trump hasnt committed any crimes. The Mueller Investigation will turn out to be a huge Nothing Burger just like we told you nearly 2 years ago.  Quit chasing the shiny objects.

You obviously aren’t very observant and assume a great deal.

This is what they would go after.   Think Manafort was charged with this.

18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States

prev | next

If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

If, however, the offense, the commission of which is the object of the conspiracy, is a misdemeanor only, the punishment for such conspiracy shall not exceed the maximum punishment provided for such misdemeanor.

(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 701; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(1)(L), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2147.)
