This is the exact problem with the minimum wage. Everything else has gone up and they are stuck in the past. Why would someone want to go get a job when in some cases its going to cost them more money just to get to the job? You wonder why more people are on welfare and food stamps well there you go. Hence all of the retards working there. My mom is an admin for one and they are paying shit and arent offering shit. The turn over rates are obsurd. They constantly have a employee pool of 100 people for one store and they are constantly hiring. But bean counters make those rules.
