cant see gm developing anymore electric cars.  Many manufactures have gobs of tax credits left and are going to be able to sell electrics much cheaper then gm can.

This is great news! Maybe GM will reconsider pulling production out of Canada and the U.S.?

FCA has like 160k or so worth of credits.

Ford has 88k or so worthof credits.

cant wait for the 525 hp and 700 ftlb f150 3.5 ecoboost plug in hybrid.  30 mpg to boot!!!  Government would pay you to buy it!

Their stock plunged shortly after the pull out announcement when Trump mentioned about keeping plants open in the U.S. or else lose your subsidies so who knows?

Electric cars are not cutting it. Nobody is buying them, because their range sucks and only gets worse as it gets older.

True, but their range, longevity, and pricing suck because there is no demand. Why would there be at sub $2 gas? Why stick money into a niche market like that?

Trump cannot stop subsidies himself.

I think the Tesla model 3 is the best selling sedan in America....  or maybe it’s the best selling luxury car in America.

EV’s in some form will always be there and take an ever increasing market share.

Their numbers tell a different story

Model S after 160k miles still averages less than 9% battery degrade. So there goes that theory. They can't make enough model 3s to keep up with orders, yet you say no one is buying them?

Model 3 is the 6th best selling sedan in November.  It prolly is easily in the top 10 in car sale by model for the year and easily the best selling luxury car.  I will not consider any vehicle for my purchases that won’t be a plug in hybrid.  After test driving a 400 hp plug in hybrid suv I would hate to buy anything else.
