Walker makes $28 million Kimberly-Clark deal to preserve 388 jobs In the final weeks of his tenure as Wisconsin governor, Scott Walker has cut a deal with Kimberly-Clark Corp. to keep open one of the company's Wisconsin plants. The Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. has agreed to a five-year, $28 million tax incentive deal with Kimberly-Clark, the Dallas-based maker of Huggies diapers and Kleenex tissue, which will maintain 388 technical manufacturing jobs at the company's Cold Spring facility.
