There is a large black market for tobacco products. Especially in areas where taxation is high. It's also easier to grow weed than tobacco. Poor comparison.

Weed just became legal in Canada.

Here in New Brunswick legal weed is $8.50 - $$15.50/ gram, taxes included.

On the black market you can get it for $4/ gram.

 I read just a small portion of the "effects" and it reads like the information comes from the 1950s.  the cancer section alone is out of touch completely imo.
