It's called TUBING THE COPS. Many people have their cameras already set-up to video the cops, for the purpose of downloading on YOUTUBE. I've watched HUNDREDS of them. They ALWAYS follow two tactics: RAISE YOUR VOICE, and DEFY THE OFFICER'S AUTHORITY!!! It works 99% of the time. The negros gripe isn't with the police, it's with his other negros that have shot cops.
