That is what you said..... No, that is not what I said. I stated the amount of oil we get from them, nothing more. Sa is third behind the US and Russia for 2018 in crude production. Without the protection from the US, SA might cease to exist. The US could lift sanctions on Iran and Ven. to make up the difference.
