But Iowa, fuck no !!! It’s a simple case of how do you view your constitutional rights IMO. You either are for selective issuing of those rights or you are for them being universal and unwavering. Your laws on the back end should be for violations of those rights of another person or their safety. If you are blind, you should be able to buy a weapon. Common sense would than dictate that your law should be aimed at preventing someone from using their right infringing on someone’s safety or rights. It couldn’t be a simpler case of supporting the Constitution or thinking you can wipe your ass with it like MC the doddering old fuck does.
