No, no...just share the questions with him ahead of time like it's a debate or something

That makes some sense as long as every media organization that is accredited gets equal time. Maybe not every day, but over the course of a week it should even out.

But knowing Trump he’ll just cancel the conference if he doesn’t like the questions

Sometimes questions are harder than rain

I think the issue is that it is probably another lie.  Wasn’t it last week your gang of Trumpsters claimed that Obama kicked reporters out of the White House. There was a shared video that wasn’t the Whitehouse reporter but an activist disrupting a speech.

That isn’t remotely the same but hey that never stops Trumpsters.

Im sure James Rosen has a different opinion.

Bam. Nailed it. Acosta is a cunt because he drills at the truth. Trump don’t like that.

He was asking about collusion when this all blew up. Is this the truth you speak of? :lmao:

So the 60 some questions he answered from 35 reporters in an hour and a half long press conference isn’t being accessible, and he hasn’t held more press conferences than any recent administration.  Sorry about your low information.

So if cnn wins under the freedom of the press amendment, will this open the doors to the likes of Alex jones if the Dems take office in 2024?

There is no case here at all.  This is idiotic grandstanding for the sake of the networks idiots.

Obama held 11 press conferences in his 1st year. Trump has held 1.

President Trump communicates with the public all the time, mostly over Twitter but also in the occasional TV interview, answer to shouted question from his press pool, or response to a question from a typically friendly news outlet at a joint news conference. But he hasn't held a solo press conference in more than a year, The Associated Press notes, which is "a dramatic departure from historic precedent, according to records kept by The American Presidency Project and dating back to Calvin Coolidge. In their first years alone, President Barack Obama held 11 solo news conferences, George W. Bush held five, and Bill Clinton a dozen. Trump held just one."

Jonathan Karl, the ABC White House reporter, had a surprising comment after Monday’s impromptu press conference by President Donald Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell: “I have probably had more opportunities to ask questions of President Trump over the past two weeks than I had of President Obama during the last two years of his presidency.”

The discussion was press conferences, not impromptu chats with the press where the president picks and chooses what questions he wants to answer

In regards to the topic here has anyone  mentioned CNN's lawyer?

In any event it's Ted Olson?

If you’re going to parse it like that fine.  I’ve seen at least a dozen press conferences by him in various settings taking questions from the press.  Talk about manipulating statistics.  He also sends out Sarah Huckabee constantly to answer questions.  Let’s not get lost in the weeds here. Jim Acosta made opinions disguised as declarative statements, And would not give up the mic. There is protocols to those events and he violated them.  And let’s be honest Acosta behaved like a rude asshole, and Obama would’ve reacted just as bad if not worse, if he was getting badgered like that.  For fuck sake’s he spied on people.  Can any of you guys ever give this president an honest shake?  One would think given the 90+% negative coverage and out right lies by the media that maybe you might start wondering who your real allies are. It sure the fuck ain’t Jim Acosta.

Trump never answers questions he just expoles on himself or tells the press what people call him or say to him.

How long can the Trumpers here continue to support him when every day exposes a new side of his asshole ness for everyone to see.

Because I’m not a raging liberal with TDS and I like a lot of what he’s doing. 👍

What color is the sky in your world? Did you actually watch the press conference? I think the answer is clearly no.

Let's be honest, to say Trump wasn't unglued at that presser would be understatement and then he was just terrible in Paris, it's obvious that the man has some serious issues.
