do you make enough of your own pizzas to warrant a pizza oven? Just curious

We"d have to drive to town (25 min one way) to get a lousy pizza. We make a couple a week and convenient when friends are coming for a visit

Store bought. The wife is going to start making the dough

I've have made my own, the only problem is the middle, too much stuff on it makes it soft and wet...   This is in a regular oven on a pizza stone, I don't think it gets hot enough.

My crust is very good but like I said the middle not so much.... I have thought about buying the oven you have

The bread I make is very good

The oven heats up pretty quick and cooks the pizza right thru. Nothing worse than a soggy center and everything falling off

We have one of those pizza ovens as well, they do work great and fast.

Wife makes her own crust, don't know what she does but I know you have to use the correct ingredients based on pizza crust vs. other crust.

I find them the best mass pizza makers

Try the Extravaganzzza

I tried it and didn't like it really.  Found it quite greasy.   We usually make our own pizza which I find the best.  Just imo of course :bc:

never heard that before, interesting

It was a new location in waterdown.   Though if you ever make your own pizza, I typically find any chain pizza greasy.   I know at 2am I won't complain either :bc:

Propane! I cook at 700 deg and no problem getting up to that temp and staying there. It uses very little propane and cooks great
