The city's mayor has previously said the city has a gun problem. The mass shooting comes a few months after the driver of a van plowed into pedestrians on a Toronto sidewalk, killing 10 people and injuring 14. Sounds like a stupid loophole that needs to be fixed. my guess is that we will see new strict rules on the movement of weapons.
